Return Policy

Customer may return merchandise only with Flamingo specific authorization. All requests for return authorization must be made to Flamingo within 30 days of invoice date.

Any packages returned without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. All returns, once approved, must be carefully packaged by the customer to avoid shipping damage and should be shipped freight-prepaid via UPS.

Flamingo must inspect all merchandise returned as defective before adjustments are made.
